Jefferson’s very small batch bourbon whiskey is a hand-crafted premium classic bourbon with its light and clean flavor with toffee sweetness and hints of cigar flavor that makes an excellent base for an Old Fashioned.

Stirrings Simple Syrup is a premium liquid that contains only pure cane sugar and triple-filtered water and shouldn’t be missing in any cocktail bar. This syrup will add extra sweetness to your cocktail without diminishing any of the other flavors.

Angostura Aromatic Bitters will balance acidity, intensify the flavor of the whiskey, and add to the complexity of your Old Fashioned. With its pure and well-balanced flavor, this bitter is considered a classic for a reason.

Tasting Notes

On the nose, Jefferson’s Very Small batch Bourbon Whiskey is filled with aromas of dried fruits, hay, hints of spice, cream and vanilla. The palate adds some toffee sweetness and hints of cigar leaf and pepper. The finish is lingering and semi-dry.

Stirrings Simple Syrup is gentle, refreshing, and a tad sweet on the nose and on the palate. The finish is fresh.

Angostura Aromatic Bitters is bitter with notes of gentian and spices. A great palate-cleanser.
