What is Caskers?
Caskers helps you discover craft spirits that aren’t available at your local liquor store. Our experts work to bring you the finest artisanal spirits, which are sourced from fresh, local produce, and are a celebration of the passion and dedication of the master distillers who make them by hand.
Why craft spirits?
Our goal is simple: to introduce you to the world of artisanal spirits. Craft distilleries are creating unique spirits and redefining the cocktail. These distilleries will challenge your preconceptions about fine spirits with extraordinary aromas and flavors that you simply aren’t used to experiencing.
How is Caskers different?
We don’t have your ordinary spirits. We work to bring you artisanal spirits made by small-batch distilleries that we think you’ll love.
How much does it cost to join?
Membership is free. Always.
Who sources the craft spirits that you feature on Caskers?
All of the products are sourced and sold by alcoholic beverage licensees, but our team of curators work throughout the world to discover the finest spirits that are unique in quality and value.
Can I purchase a product as a gift?
Of course, as long as the recipient is at least 21! Simply enter the recipient’s shipping information when you are checking out. You can personalize the gift by including a gift message. And don’t worry — pricing won’t be included in the gift package.

What are Caskers Clubs?
We’ve created Caskers Clubs to introduce our members to amazing craft spirits. As a Caskers Club member, you’ll receive a unique expression of craft spirits, complete with background information and tasting notes, shipped directly to your door.
What exactly will I receive in each club?
Check the page of the membership club you purchased for an estimated shipping date of the next package. Packages are generally shipped in the beginning of April, July and October, and in mid-December (in-time for Christmas).
Sign up by:
- March 15th to receive April’s shipment
- June 15th to receive July’s shipment
- September 15th to receive October’s shipment
- December 1st to receive December’s shipment
Once a package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress. We require that an adult 21 years of age or older sign for the package upon receipt. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you have packages delivered to a business address.
When can I expect my spirits to arrive?
The Explorer Club (“1″) is recurring; every quarter, you’ll receive three full-sized (750 mL) bottles of spirits – this membership will last indefinitely, and you may cancel at any time.
The Enthusiast Club (“2″) lasts six months, and includes two club packages, one per quarter – each shipment will contain three full-sized (750 mL) bottles of spirits (six bottles total over the course of the membership).
The Connoisseur Club (“3″) lasts a full year, and includes four club packages, one per quarter – each shipment will contain three full-sized (750 mL) bottles of spirits (twelve bottles total over the course of the membership).
You will never receive the same bottle twice. The Explorer Club is the only membership for which your card is charged on a recurring basis; all others are paid in full up-front.
How do I purchase a Caskers Club membership as a gift?
To purchase a membership as a gift, simply input the recipient’s shipping information, including name and email address, in the box entitled "Shipping Address" when you are checking out. If you don’t know the recipient's shipping information, simply input your own and you can update it later. We’ll send you an email with the details of the club that you can print or forward to the lucky person, notifying them of the great gift you just gave them!
Are there any additional club membership fees or dues?
No, there are no additional membership fees or dues, but note that Explorer memberships renew automatically.
What size bottles are shipped in the clubs?
Every bottle is 750mL in size.
How do I change my address for a subscription I’ve purchased or received as a gift?
Simple. Just email us with your order number and new address at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I put my membership on hold while I am out of town?
Of course. Simply email us at email@example.com and let us know how long you would like to suspend your membership.

When will my product be shipped?
Orders typically ship via common carrier within one to five business days and are typically delivered within one to ten business days, depending on your shipping address. In the event of extreme weather, your product may be held until it is safe to ship.
How does shipping work?
Products are shipped via common carrier by the licensee making the shipment to you. The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. We require that an adult 21 years of age or older sign for the product upon receipt. If no adult is available to sign for the product, the product will not be delivered and the carrier will leave a door tag notifying you that a delivery was attempted. After three attempts, the package will be returned. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you have the products delivered to a business address. Please note that delivery to P.O. boxes is not possible.
Should I ship to my home or work address?
We strongly encourage you to ship to your work address, as an adult 21 years of age or older must sign for the product upon delivery.
Can I request a postponed shipping date?
We’re happy to postpone shipping your order to a date that’s more convenient for you. If you would like to modify any part of our standard shipping procedure, just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing the order.
Where can you ship products?
Due to legal restrictions, certain spirits can only be shipped to certain states. Please see the shipping information for the product you are interested in purchasing to determine where that product can be shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your product is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information.
What if my tracking number doesn’t work?
Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to go live on a common courier’s system from the time you receive your shipment notification email. If your tracking number has not become live after that time, please email us and we will be happy to investigate.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is only $9.99 for your first item and $3 for each additional item. The shipping price to you stays the same even if your items are sold by more than one licensee and will arrive in multiple packages.
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, we don't allow returns for just any old reason. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction, so if you experience a problem with your order, please let us know. If you find any errors with the product(s) you receive, or receive damaged goods, please email us. If we can make it right, we will (in accordance with applicable law.).
What if my product is damaged?
We are committed to customer satisfaction and will do everything possible to make sure your expectations are exceeded with Caskers. In the rare event that a product arrives damaged, contact us at email@example.com and we’ll make it right..
I ordered multiple products but I only received some of them. What happened?
We source products from all over the world and they are sold to you by many different U.S. licensees. If you order multiple products, they may be shipped from different locations and at different times. As a result, you may receive multiple packages for each order. When a product is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number for that product.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, or you can use PayPal.
Can I purchase a product over the phone?
At this time, we’re only taking orders online.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. We do everything in our power to make sure that your information is secure.
Where is the card security code located on my credit card?
On Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards, the three digit number is located on the signature panel on the back of the card. For American Express cards, the four digit number is located on the front of the card above the credit card number.
When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged for your order at the time of purchase, as soon as the licensed seller accepts your order.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax charges vary depending on the product being purchased and the shipping address you provide.
