If we don't deliver your goods within two months from when the order was placed, we will refund your payment in full. This does not apply to pre-orders and unique releases.
You can cancel an order for a full refund within three days of purchase, provided it hasn't shipped. Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to a change of heart or taste.
