At Warfield Distillery and Brewery, they’re serving not just any spirits but handcrafted, mountain-made perfection. Founded by keen Spirit-lovers Ben Bradley and Alex Buck, who met in 2013, Warfield was established with a simple wish to bring passion and love to whatever you do every single way. Luckily for them, it’s crafting extraordinary spirits and having a go at some beer, too. That being said, what the pals absolutely cannot resist is whiskey. Precisely for this reason, they have made their Organic American Whiskey. It’s super tasty and mesmerizing, crafted with the finest organic ingredients, and distilled from Organic pale ale and crystal malts in Scottish-made pot stills. Later in the process, this fiery drink is matured in ex-bourbon casks for at least three years. About American Whiskey

There are two main representatives of the American whiskey family, bourbon, and rye, but some other spirits don't fall into those two strictly regulated categories.

There's equally strictly regulated American single malt, made from 100% malted barley, Tennessee whiskey, essentially bourbon filtered through maple charcoal and aged in new charred oak barrels.

And then there's moonshine, a high proof (150- 170 proof) distilled spirit mainly made out of corn which gained popularity during the prohibition.

Tasting Notes
