The Bourbon & Spire recipe is carefully crafted with a blend of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, marrying together in perfect harmony. Its smooth and velvety character is so irresistible that even bourbon snobs and whiskey newbies can't help but fall in love with it. After a careful two-year aging process in new American Oak barrels, the team adds an extra touch of complexity by incorporating a toasted American Oak spire into the bottle. The spire is toasted using the medium toast technique, exposing it to fire until it reaches the ideal degree. It is also packed with natural botanicals ranging from butterscotch to toasted marshmallows — this gives their bourbon a unique "in-bottle finish" that provides an explosion of candied fruit, vanilla, toffee, and caramel, ensuring an unforgettable experience.

About Oak & Eden

Founded by Joe Giildenzopf, Jamie Giildenzopf and Brad Neathery, Oak & Eden is a product of Texas-based Sanctified Spirits Company. The innovative finishing process they use for their whiskeys involves putting a spiral of wood in their bottles of bourbon and rye. The tight five-inch spirals are crafted from American white oak, allowing a maximum surface area for the whiskey to interact with the wood.

Currently, the company offers four different products: A straight bourbon, a rye whiskey, a wheated bourbon, and a bourbon finished with red wine-steeped oak. All aged two years, these high-rye mash whiskeys are masterfully distilled and aged in charred new American oak barrels, delivering a distinctive whiskey full of spice and fruit.
