About Xplorer Peach Bourbon Whiskey

The spirit of exploration has always been strong in Kishor Chokshi. After helping his family with charitable work, he obtained his MD, MBA, and pilot's license, and soon found himself drawn towards distillation. Working at distillation and purification facilities, he finally settled at Kilimanjaro Distillery. Operating out of Allentown, Pennsylvania, he crafts various spirits under the Xplorer Spirits banner, helped by his daughter Niky. There, he employs his scientific knowledge, producing small-batch spirits such as the Xplorer Peach Bourbon Whiskey. It's a 70-proof flavored whiskey that's handcrafted using a copper pot still. Ripe peaches from South Carolina and Georgia go into this expression, making for a creamy and smooth spirit where fruity peach notes are balanced by bourbon aromas and tastes.
