Finished for three months in air-seasoned Chinquapin Oak casks from Northern Kentucky, this bourbon features bold flavors influenced by the wood's unique properties. With barrels as old as 20 years, the slow-growing KY oak allows for deep whiskey saturation. This meticulous process results in a distinctive spirit that whiskey collectors will treasure!

Starting with the aroma of toasted marshmallow and pear turnover, the journey takes a twist with tastes of honeycomb, butterscotch, raisin, molasses, dried apricots, and even root beer. It all ends on a high note with a finish of pralines and cream, roasted oolong, black walnut, and licorice.
