INGREDIENTS

2 oz Madre Mezcal Espadin
1 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz lime
0.5 oz Aperol
0.5 oz cinnamon syrup

Instructions:

Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker.
Shake and serve over crushed ice.
Make garnish fun and nice.

PINEAPPLE PEPPERCORN MARGARITA

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Cuervo® Tradicional® Cristalino Tequila
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.75 oz fresh pineapple juice
0.75 oz simple syrup
Crushed pink peppercorns & salt

Garnish: lime cut into a wedge
Glassware: rocks glass

Instructions:

Combine crushed peppercorns and salt; rub the outside edge of a rocks glass with a lime wedge and dip into the peppercorn/salt mixture. Set aside. Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill it with ice. Shake and strain into the glass over ice.
