Noble Oak Bourbon elegantly marries American oak and sherry-seasoned European oak to create an unrivaled richness of flavor. The time-honored methods used for its distillation create an unrivaled bourbon with body, deep color, and richness of flavor from some of the finest sherry oak staves. The result is a great bourbon with a noble heart. After aging in new charred American oak barrels, hand-selected European oak ex-sherry cask staves are used to finish this precious whiskey and give it additional layers of complexity. Expect vibrant aromas of honey and ripe cherries mingling with flavors of vanilla, warm spices, and dried fruits, finished with lingering flavors of wood and cherry. An homage to the American and European oak trees, every bottle plants a tree in cooperation with One Tree Planted.
