Every batch of our whiskey is made from locally produced corn, wheat, rye along with malted barley. It's double-distilled in a 500-gallon copper still before resting for at least two summers in new American oak barrels.
It is a harmonious mixture of the briny air from Virginia's James River, balanced by the sweet caramelized charred oak barrels. Its opening sweetness gives way to a peppery finish. which makes it a favorite among bourbon enthusiasts.
