Crafted in Chihuahua, this limited edition bottle is the work of three local Rarámuri communities, each contributing to the clay bottle, textile, and wooden cap. The spirit housed within is distilled from the wild Sotol plant (Dasylirion), taking 15 years to mature, yielding a single bottle in the process. Triple distilled by Los Magos ― the only sotol on the market to do so ― the traditional process captures the distinctive aromas and flavors of the Chihuahuan desert, without the harsh alcoholic bite. Look for notes of citrus, black pepper, light smoke, honey, savory spice, and an herbaceous finish.
