About Blade & Bow 22 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
The accolade-collecting Blade and Bow 22-Year-Old bourbon was inspired by the famed passion and know-how of the Stitzel-Weller house of whiskey wonders. It’s a limited-release bourbon from one of the last batches produced at the distillery before it was shut down in 1992. The smooth and smoky character offers notes of honey, spices, and apples. They named it the best straight bourbon at the 2015 San Francisco World Spirits Competition and gave it a Double Gold Medal. It’s a rare and sought-after offering.

About Blade & Bow
Blade and Bow celebrates the myth of Stitzel-Weller by reimagining bourbon for the new generations. They offer the last remaining barrels from the historic whiskey maker, showing us once again the true art of bourbon. The name comes from the two parts of a skeleton key that opens the bourbon cathedral: the blade shaft and the ornate bow. There were five keys to the distillery, each representing the five steps of the craft: grains, yeast, fermentation, distillation, and aging.
There are not many things more American than bourbon, and although most of it is produced in Kentucky, it can be produced all over the USA. It must be made with at least 51% corn and bottled at 40% ABV or higher. So why not give this American classic a try?
The deep red color with a hint of cherry wood introduces the rich and layered classic bourbon nose with notes of brown sugar, leather, and spices. The palate offers opulent notes of honey, fruits, and cherry.
