Their Private Release series is an exploration of micro-blending. Private Release D01K is a blend of 4 bourbons from Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana: 50% of the blend is a 5-year-old bourbon, 35% a 9-year-old, 10% a 13-year-old, the remaining 5% a 15-year-old bourbon. Bottled at 112.78 proof, this is a flavor-packed expression with a distinct sweetness and earthiness.
