Warfield Distillery & Brewery was born out of a passion for creating exceptional organic beer and spirits. With an arsenal of three impressive copper pot stills (including a Washington-made 215-gallon gin still and two massive 1000-gallon whiskey stills from Scotland), they've been churning out award-winning flavors of organic gin, whiskey, and brandy. Their Organic Barrel Aged Gin has been slumbering for over six months in ex-bourbon barrels, emerging as a smooth, vanilla-laced gin that manages to capture the essence of the Idaho wilderness. Infused with fragrant Douglas fir tips, sage, and juniper, this gin is as versatile as it is delicious, lending itself beautifully to classic whiskey and gin cocktails. About Gin

Tasting Notes
