This super-premium, blended Canadian whisky is distilled from the finest northern grains and cut with pure, glacier-fed spring water from Oregon’s Mt. Hood, delivering a complex taste with an exceptionally smooth finish. A portion of the blend is aged for over six years in American brandy barrels, imparting a truly authentic flavor that stands out. Bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof), Pendleton® Midnight is the perfect companion for those moments of quiet reflection or celebration after a long day.
Pendleton® Midnight Whisky has a rich amber color and a musky aroma with notes of leather, warm cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and a trace of ginger. On the palate, you'll find a full, well-balanced oak profile paired with hints of coffee cake, nuts, caramelized bananas, and candied figs. The finish is full-bodied and satiating, with a lingering smolder of spices, pecans, and walnuts.
