The story of Knappogue Castle whiskey began in 1966 when Mark Edwin Andrews and his wife purchased Knappogue Castle in Ireland and began the process of restoration.
Andrews began sourcing fine pot still whiskey from the best Irish distilleries and further aged them. His last bottling is a 1951 vintage, considered the oldest and rarest commercially available Irish whiskey. Get your whiskey - aged in a castle.
