Fable Whisky is a Scottish independent bottler that was co-founded by industry veterans Andrew Torrance and Calum Lawrie. They source exceptional and exclusive casks from some of the finest distilleries in Scotland ― both famous and little-known ― bottling them straight from the barrel or maturing them further. Each whisky is bottled straight from the casks with no chill-filtration and coloring added, making each release flavor-packed and unique. The design deserves a special mention, as the brand pairs exceptional whisky with "the art of storytelling, animation, and illustration". The releases are numbered "Chapters". Chapter One is a whisky from the Caol Ila distillery on Islay. Known for its burnt lemon and clean smoky taste profile, Fable's team carefully selects each cask to perfectly represent the distillery's style. This whisky has spent 12 years in its single hogshead before being bottled at 114.4 proof.
