About Douglas & Todd Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey

The bourbon is distilled from a mash bill of “short summer” corn and red winter wheat, and rested in two historic counties at the first craft distillery in Minnesota. The cold winters and hot summers offer a dynamic maturation yielding a distinctive batch of spirit.

This Douglas & Todd is a small batch, handcrafted, straight bourbon born and raised on the unforgiving plains of Minnesota. Aged a minimum of four years in handmade oak, Douglas & Todd has a signature sweet, oaky, smoky character, with subtle fruit and vanilla. A natural chilling process Douglas & Todd makes this bourbon the drinker’s bourbon.
