About Adirondack 601 Small Batch Bourbon

This 601 Bourbon is aged in new charred white oak barrels, for less than four years, and crafted from 100% local corn. This Gluten-free bourbon has just a hint of natural sweetness on the nose, this transitions into a depth of complexity on the palate with hints of vanilla, raisin with a spicy, peppery finish. Released in small batches enjoy this bourbon straight or with a drop of water to “open up” the fragrances.

Located in Utica, NY, Adirondack Distilling Company was founded in 2011 by an unlikely trio – a doctor, a lawyer, and a political consultant. Bound together by a passion for craft distilling, and even some bootleggers in their family trees, the trio purchased and refurbished an old bank in 2011, turning their vision into reality.
