In the good old days when the summers were endless and no one had a clue that alcohol would ever be prohibited, liquor ran freely in Whisky Row in Louisville, Kentucky, the official trending center of all spirits distilled in Virginia, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and West Virginia. In a place like this where all the liquor comes together, whisky from upriver was warehoused and blended with Kentucky whiskey on its way downriver and overland, making some of the best spirits pre-prohibition has ever seen. Whiskey Row Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Kentucky Artisan Distillery is reviving that recipe: a blend of small batch barrels that mirrors the same flavors that used to be cherished by our ancestors, this whiskey is a work of art. Made from locally sourced ingredients in a traditional, non-automated process in the heart of the bourbon land, this gem has an exceptionally well-balanced flavor profile with a tremendous depth of flavor. Bottled at a bold ABV of 50%, but no alcohol burn so it’s still a great sipper.

Tasting Notes
