In 2015, a noble quest to create exceptional organic beer and spirits gave birth to Warfield Distillery & Brewery. With an impressive arsenal of three magnificent copper pot stills (including a huge 215-gallon gin still crafted in Washington, and two 1000-gallon whiskey stills sourced from Scotland), they've managed to distill some of the most deliciously distinctive drinks out there. Their award-winning Organic Gin captures the untamed essence of Idaho by blending western botanicals like douglas fir tips, sage, and juniper. About Gin

According to Winston Churchill, "The gin and tonic has saved more Englishmen's lives and minds than all the doctors in the Empire," referring to the British officers using it to treat malaria in India.
