Agave Type: Espadín Region: San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca Maestro Mezcalero: Alberto Morales Proof: 80 Proof, 40% ABV Tasting Notes: floral, smoky, rich notes. Vanilla, oak, vegetal notes, smooth caramel, nutty notes. Details: Twice distilled in a copper pot still, and rested from four to six months in re-charred American oak barrels. Bottled with the gusano (worm).
