About Vermont Ice Maple Bourbon Crème Liqueur

Vermont Ice Maple Bourbon Crème is part of their collection of craft distilled cream liqueurs. Every spring at the Boyden Estate, a 100% pure maple syrup is produced and then wood fired. While still hot and straight off the wood fired evaporator, the maple syrup is then filled into bourbon barrels to rest for 6 months. When it's fully matured, the Boyden family blends the bourbon barrel aged maple syrup with 5-year-old bourbon and fresh heavy cream, resulting in an amazingly flavorful, smooth and complex profile. Bottled at a very pleasant 30 proof, this bottle is a special maple bourbon that is impossible to emulate.

About Vermont Ice

Boyden Valley Spirits is located on a fourth-generation family farm in the picturesque valley of the Lamoille River in Vermont, the second-least populous US state, which is famous for its forested beauty, maple syrup and apple orchards. Proud to preserve family traditions and guided by integrity, David Boyden, the owner, started the business with his wife Linda to make wine in 1997. In 2010, Vermont Ice Cream Liqueurs, a collection of craft distilled cream liqueurs was first launched, featuring wood-fired maple syrup and their own apple brandy. Boyden Valley Spirits is considered the first craft distillery in the US, specialized in cream liqueurs. To blend their cream liqueurs, Boyden Valley Spirits uses complex aged spirits and the finest ingredients, all sourced in Vermont.
