Tulchan Gin is a remarkable spirit, born from the botanic beauty of Speyside, home to some of the world's finest Scotch whiskies. This small batch gin, distilled on the banks of the River Spey, captures the essence of its estate with a taste that's as exceptional as its origins. Crafted in the style of a traditional London dry gin, Tulchan Gin is infused with flavors that pay homage to its surroundings: sloe berries, blackberry leaves, white asparagus, and elderflowers, next to the usual suspects such as juniper, angelica root, and licorice. The tantalizing scent of sweet pine greets you at first, followed by the whimsical floral notes of chamomile, sage, and a whisper of citrus. The experience is rounded off with jammy sloe berries and a hint of winter spice, making every sip an adventure! In 2023, this gin bagged the prestigious Gold award from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the coveted Double Gold from the International Spirits Competition.

About Gin
According to Winston Churchill, "The gin and tonic has saved more Englishmen's lives and minds than all the doctors in the Empire," referring to the British officers using it to treat malaria in India.
Initially made for medicinal purposes, gin gets most of its flavor from the juniper berries added after the distillation process. It sure has come a long way from the Middle Ages, with the introduction of new botanicals, fruits, and spices, bringing it closer to people of all flavor varieties.
The nose is fresh with pine, chamomile, lemon zest, a touch of eucalyptus, and herbs. Look for herbs, floral notes, citrus, juniper, and hints of brine on the bold palate that leads to a satisfyingly long finish.
