The Hillhaven Lodge Whiskey is a blend that includes three different whiskeys from three different decades: a bourbon from the 2000’s, a rye whiskey from the 1980’s, and a Tennessee whiskey from the 1990’s. Hand-bottled at the iconic Stitzel-Weller distillery at 80 proof, this is a light and drinkable yet flavorful whiskey. There is no age statement or precise indication of the various mash bills. Expect the nose to start off with aromas of vanilla, peach, and a hint of cedar, while the palate is neat, smooth, and slightly sweet with flavors of vanilla, oak, rye spice, and raw honey.

About Hillhaven Lodge
Brett Ratner is a Hollywood producer and director, famous for Rush Hour and Prison Break. Currently living in the legendary Beverly Hills estate, known as Hilhaven Lodge, Ratner partnered with Diageo to craft a unique whiskey bottle for his home.
There are two main representatives of the American whiskey family, bourbon, and rye, but some other spirits don't fall into those two strictly regulated categories.
There's equally strictly regulated American single malt, made from 100% malted barley, Tennessee whiskey, essentially bourbon filtered through maple charcoal and aged in new charred oak barrels.
And then there's moonshine, a high proof (150- 170 proof) distilled spirit mainly made out of corn which gained popularity during the prohibition.
Check out our impressive selection of American single malts, or find your new favorite in our rich whisk(e)y selection, and get familiarized with what the world has to offer.
Expect the nose to start off with aromas of vanilla, peach, and a hint of cedar, while the palate is neat, smooth, and slightly sweet with flavors of vanilla, oak, rye spice, and raw honey. The floral finish is on the dry side.
