About Sephina

Sephina is an extravagant craft spirit blend of 56% V.S.O.P. Cognac and 44% Pineau Des Charentes fortified wine. The 30% ABV drink is sweet but not cloying and is best enjoyed chilled neat or on the rocks.

Sephina is produced at the Vinet-Delpech Distillery, a family company located in the heart of the Cognac region in France, with roots dating back to 1777.

Luxurious aromas of prune, dried fruit, and walnuts, followed by flavors of toasted oak, prune, dried fruit, vanilla, and candied fruit on the palate. The finish is long with good intensity and a pronounced oak character.
