Light whiskey has been steadily gaining popularity and is finding its way into more and more brand portfolios.

Penelope Bourbon released the first release in the Founders Reserve line. The bourbon was created using 25 barrels selected by Penelope's founders.

This amazing spirit, aged in second-fill oak barrels and bottled at cask strength, delivers a rich vanilla flavor with notes of cinnamon and a hint of creme brûlée. It has a kick, but it's surprisingly easy to drink. The sweet dessert flavors that characterize aged light whiskey are front and center in this one.
