About Minoki Mizunara Cask Finished Rum

Legend has it, the coral reefs are the birthplace of the first ruler of Japan. Minoki is the Ocean Princess said to live in the Pacific Ocean in a palace made of corals, the life-givers and purifiers of the waters. It was she that gave birth to the first ruler of Japan, establishing a nation of pure and nature-nurturing people. Minoki Mizunara Cask Finished Rum is the ultimate ode to the origin of Japanese people. This rum is a blend of the finest Japanese and Pacific Rums that was aged in Minuzara, Japanese Oak casks. Cask-finished rums are pretty rare, but we can trust the Japanese to always make that extra step to bring their endeavors to perfection, and this finish will do just that, giving this tropical-fruits forward rum some hues of oak and spiced vanilla. After finishing, the rum was filtered through washed Japanese corals to assure the perfectly smooth profile of this spectacular spirit. This is the first Mizunara finished rum in the world and it was bottled at an ABV of 40%.
