About L'Encantada

L’Encatada are independent bottlers who source their Armagnacs directly from producers. They distill the nectar at the heart of the estates, using a traveling alembic still, and mature the spirits in Gascony oak casks in their cellar, before blending and bottling them at cask strength.

The Armagnac region of France is filled with small farms that traditionally sell their grapes to large producers. The incredible landscapes close to the Pyrenees, have unique clay-limestone, boulbene and tawny sand soils. Due to the climate there is also scarce rain.

About Brandy

Brandy is typically produced from distilled wine and other fermented fruit juices like apples, pears, and other sweet fruits.

It is a perfect after-dinner digestif served neat or slightly warmed by holding the glass with your hands.

The kick can vary between 70-120 proof, and it gets its flavor from aging in wooden casks.
