The oldest Calumet Farm bourbon is their highest proof to date as well. Crafted with a mash bill of 74% corn, 18% rye, and 8% malted barley, it spent its 15 years slowly aging in Bardstown, Kentucky.

The premium expression was crafted with a mash bill of 74% corn, 18% rye, and 8% malted barley and aged slowly in Kentucky rickhouses in a single, center cut rack. The bourbon is the highest-proof whiskey to come from Calumet Farm. It's bottled without chill filtration at 105 proof. Bottled by the Three Springs Bottling Company, the batch consists of 19 barrels.

Oak and wood char lead the charge on the nose, followed by aromas of dark fruit and sweet corn. The palate has bold oak flavor, spice, toasted grains, as well as toffee, sweetness, and a touch of smoke. The slightly dry finish lingers with tobacco and rye notes.
