This 20-year-old Bas-Armagnac is a pure expression of craftsmanship, distilled from Baco and Ugni Blanc grapes meticulously grown at Domaine de Bordeneuve. Utilizing only natural yeasts for fermentation, it's single-distilled to 40% vol. before embarking on a lengthy aging journey in hand-crafted French oak barrels sourced from Limousine & Vosges. The initial 18 months in new oak, followed by a transfer to older barrels, occur within the medieval cellars of Château de Bordeneuve, ensuring a unique character imbued with the essence of time and tradition. On the palate, it dazzles with bright orange-yellow hues and golden highlights, unveiling an elegant bouquet of pear, lychee, and mango. Flavors of ginger, vanilla ice cream, and subtle peppery notes culminate in a long, harmonious finish, making this Armagnac a true artisanal masterpiece.
