Bardstown Bourbon Company produces almost 40 unique mash bills for some of the finest whiskeys on the market, including Jefferson's, High West, Belle Meade, Calumet, James E. Pepper, and Cyrus Noble.
The 5th release in Bardstown's Fusion series is a blend of 11-year-old sourced bourbon and two of their own mash bills. 56% of it their 4-year-old bourbon with a mash bill of 70% corn, 18% rye, and 12% malted barley, 14% is their 3-year-old bourbon with a mash bill of 60% corn, 26% rye, and 4% malted barley. The remaining whiskey is the 11-year-old Kentucky bourbon. The beautifully balanced expression is bottled at 94.9 proof.
