Bardstown Bourbon “Fusion” Series #4 is a fusion of a 13-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon with 3 carefully selected mash bills from Bardstown Bourbon, aged 3-4 years each. The 13YO features a mash bill of 74% corn, 18% wheat, and 8% malted barley while the other three mash bills contain rye, corn and malted barley in different ratios. The blended bourbon is bottled at 94.9 proof and it offers a complex nose of fruity aromas of apricot, black cherry, and cinnamon while the palate is rich with coating maple and toffee flavors and a long, smooth finish with hazelnut flavors.
