About Bardstown Bourbon "Discovery" Series #1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

The Bardstown Bourbon Company is an ultra-modern operation from the Bourbon Capital of the World, Bardstown, Kentucky. They pride themselves on keeping true to tradition, yet taking innovative and bold steps in producing exceptional bourbon, whiskey, and rye. The distillery is set on a 100-acre stretch of farmland that is a part of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail and offers a full experience with tours, as well as a complete restaurant in the form of the Bottle & Bond Kitchen and Bar. With only a glass wall separating the dinery from the distillery, visitors can observe the process of spirit making while enjoying quality meals, whiskeys, and cocktails.

This Discovery Series #1 is a very limited release showcasing Bardstown Bourbon’s blending expertise. The internal process used to create the blend is as unique as the product itself. Offering full transparency, the full mash bill is printed on the side of the bottle. Bardstown Discovery #1 is comprised of younger and older bourbons of similar recipes that impart light, youthful spice and deep oak notes.
