Produced in Saint Marie, Martinique, Saint James rums all come with the AOC (appellation d'origine contrôlée ― controlled designation of origin) certification. This means that the rum is made by fermenting pure cane juice, which is then distilled on Creole columns. No sweetening agents are permitted, which means you'll find none in Saint James Agricole Blanc Rhum. The clear white rum is bottled at 80 proof and features aromas of sugar cane, as well as fruity, peppery, spicy, and floral notes.

About Rum
