Rare Stash #3 Bourbon is a 100% Kentucky Straight Bourbon, co-created by UFC legend and whiskey connoisseur, Dustin Poirier. Crafted from a 25-barrel lot of 9.5 and 5.5-Year-Old bourbons, this spirited delight has been patiently aged in no.3 char white oak barrels. Both bourbons that go into the blend share the same 78/13/9 mash bill. Isn't it fascinating how extended aging brings out distinct flavors? You'll love the tantalizing notes of caramel, vanilla, honey, citrus, and oak that dance on your palate. The bourbon was bottled at 96 proof.
