About Pa'lante Botanical Rum

Pa'lante Botanical Rum is a flavored rum expression that starts its life as a blend of column and pot still rum. Crafted at the Rones de México distillery in Chiapas, Mexico. The pot still rum is distilled from sugarcane juice, the column still rum from molasses. After maturing for 6 months in ex-bourbon casks, the blend is infused with ginger, basil, and cinnamon sourced from nearby farms. Sweet, earthy, herbal, and spicy, the expression is bottled at 70 proof. It's a delicious sipper that works remarkably well as a gin substitute in cocktails.

About Rum
