Old Forester 2011 Birthday Bourbon is a celebrated release crafted from white oak barrels sourced from Northern and Ozark terroirs. This careful selection imparts rich fruit and deep char notes. Aged in Warehouses H and I, the barrels endured temperature extremes, resulting in complex layers of dark caramel, chocolate, spiced clove, and blackberry at 49% ABV.
There are not many things more American than bourbon, and although most of it is produced in Kentucky, it can be produced all over the USA.

Rich amber hue. Aromas of creamy toffee, dark caramel, and chocolate with hints of toasted hazelnut and clove. The palate unfolds blackberry, red plum, and citrus under layers of chocolate caramel and honey. A warm, sweet oak and fruit finish linger smoothly.
