About Maker's Mark 46 Cask Strength 2021 Release Bourbon

The way they make Maker's Mark 46 Cask Strength is quite interesting: it all begins as their standard wheated bourbon whiskey in batches of less than a thousand liters. They then put heavily seared French oak staves in the freshly-emptied barrels before pouring the juice back in for another couple of months. Maker's Mark 46 Cask Strength was first released as a distillery exclusive in 2015, re-released in the same limited edition in 2020 for Maker's Mark's 10th anniversary, and now, finally, you can get it here! Barrel-proof (54.8% ABV), delicious, and a must-have.
