IrishAmerican 10 Year Old Irish Whiskey is a testament to Ireland's rich distilling heritage. Triple distilled in copper pot stills, this expression is aged for a minimum of 10 years in Kentucky bourbon barrels before receiving a luxurious finish in Oloroso sherry casks. The non-chill filtration process preserves its natural flavor profile, delivering a whiskey that's full-bodied and brimming with character. Its origin comes from the perfume distilling monks who decided to tweak the recipe a bit, creating Irish whiskey.
Irish whiskey doesn’t have a lot of rules and regulations to be considered “pure” and can be made with various grains and processes, as long as it is aged for at least three years in wooden casks and has a max ABV of 94.8%.

The nose unveils strong wood and leather notes, enriched by dark dried fruits for a bold aroma. The palate introduces light, fruity flavors of blackberry and raspberry, evolving into the richness of raisins and dates with a silky mouthfeel.
