With a deep, dark honey hue hinting at burgundy, this whiskey is all natural - non-chill filtered with no color added. On the nose, you'll be enticed by rich blackberry, baking spices, and lemon zest. The first sip reveals a symphony of honey and caramel. What's more? A rich mouthfeel gives way to a long finish with cinnamon coffee cake and white peppercorn. This single-barrel version is bottled non-chill filtered without added color at a cask strength of more than 100 proof, making for a flavor-packed and rich sipping bourbon.
