Cruz de Fuego Mezcal Espadin
Cruz de Fuego Mezcals are crafted traditionally, using a horse drawn tahona, and earthen wood fired pits. Cruz de Fuego (or "cross of fire") is named for the Catholic crucifix and meant to represent the spirit of Oaxaca where the mezcal is made.
Agave Type: Espadín Region: Oaxaca Proof: 80 Proof, 40% ABV Details: Artisinally crafted from agave Espadín, roasted underground for five days, in stone-lined, earthen ovens. Milled with a horse drawn tahona. Open-air fermentation.
