Copalli Cacao Rum starts its life as their White Rum that is double-distilled from fermented sugarcane juice in a pot and column stills, then rested in stainless steel. Then, the rum is placed in a tank together with fresh, 100% organic cacao nibs for several weeks. The nibs infuse the spirit with richness, depth, and delicious chocolate flavors and aromas. The rum is then distilled again, resulting in a smooth cacao-flavored rum that is delicious on the rocks or in cocktails. Copalli Cacao Rum is bottled at 80 proof.

About Rum
