About Collective Arts

Founded in 2013 by Bob Russell and Matt Johnston, Collective Arts Brewing is a Canadian grassroots craft brewery that is based in Hamilton, Ontario. Its aim is to bring together the world of craft beverages and talented artists from around the globe ― a venture that has blossomed into more than 700 collaborations to date. The premise is built upon mutual inspiration, where the art inspires the beer and vice versa, celebrating diversity, equality, mutual respect, and cooperation. They put out a call for artists around the world every 3 months, attracting thousands of submissions. While they brew many seasonal and specialty beers, they are masters of modern fruity IPAs.

About Gin

According to Winston Churchill, "The gin and tonic has saved more Englishmen's lives and minds than all the doctors in the Empire," referring to the British officers using it to treat malaria in India.

Initially made for medicinal purposes, gin gets most of its flavor from the juniper berries added after the distillation process. It sure has come a long way from the Middle Ages, with the introduction of new botanicals, fruits, and spices, bringing it closer to people of all flavor varieties.
