Buzzard's Roost Toasted American Oak is a blend of 4- and 5-year-old Indiana-sourced straight bourbons, featuring two distinct mash bills that combine corn, rye, and malted barley. After aging, the whiskey undergoes secondary maturation in custom toasted barrels, giving it a unique flavor profile.
There are not many things more American than bourbon, and although most of it is produced in Kentucky, it can be produced all over the USA.
