Bird Dog Small Batch 7 Year Old Kentucky Bourbon is made with a traditional mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley.

It's aged in new American white oak barrels that have been fire-charred, giving it a polished copper color. The taste is balanced, smooth, and warm with accents of spice and light bursts of honey. Subtle notes of wood char, honey, and a light spice combine and offer a sweet, flawless finish.
