They became passionate about sharing the culture with everyone they knew — and soju was the gateway. Similar to vodka, soju is a neutral spirit, but it boasts a slightly sweet taste and a low ABV of 14% to 24%. Drinking soju is a social tradition that brings people together. The duo sought to blend its traditional essence with American craftsmanship. After experimenting with various ingredients, they finally found the one: corn, a neutral-flavored staple locally sourced in New York.
