About Shanky's Whip

Legend has it that Shanky was an Irish jockey, fond of whiskey and horse racing. Once, he was thrown off his horse, prompting the wild boy of racing to return to the track with a cart and ostrich, whip in hand. It just so happens that Shanky liked his whiskey, but not its burn; he liked cream, but not the texture; and he loved his stout beer and its rich, dark color.
