Iron Smoke was founded by musician Tommy Brunett in 2011.
Brunett wanted to combine the best of America: great bourbon and Applewood BBQ’s smoked deliciousness. And combine them he did – at the distillery in Fairport, NY, applewood is used for smoking the grains before milling and mashing. The pleasant smell is savored for miles around.
