How to find the perfect gift for someone?

There is a bottle for everyone at Caskers! Browse our online shop to see our selection of spirits. If you need help finding the perfect gift, our Gift Concierge will point you in the right direction.

How long does shipping take and will my order make it in time for Christmas?

Orders need 1-5 business days to process before shipping. From there, shipping takes up to 10 business days, though packages usually arrive much sooner.

We advise you order as soon as possible to avoid delays during the peak of the season. Once we can no longer guarantee delivery in time for the holidays, this will be reflected on the website.

Look at our virtual gift cards if you are on the fence regarding the timely arrival or are still determining what gift would fit them best.

Can I send the bottle to a different state?

Absolutely! Simply enter the shipping address of the recipient at checkout. Just make sure that the bottle is available in the state in question (this information is visible on the product page).

Do you have a discount code or promotions for the holidays?

Any discounts that we currently offer are advertised on the Caskers website. You can also sign up to the Caskers newsletter to stay on top of our promotions!

Can I include a gift message in my order?

Yes! You can type the gift message of your choice at checkout.

Can I order to this State? / Where can you deliver?

We ship to most states across the US. As we work with partners around the country that are fulfilling orders, not all bottles are available in every state. Enter your zip code on our website to see the selection available in your location.

Which couriers do you use?

Our vendors rely on various third-party courier services. Most of the orders are delivered by FedEx, UPS, GLS and other local carriers.

Can my shipping address and billing address be different?

Absolutely! In the second step of the checkout process, simply click the tickbox which allows you to separate your billing and shipping addresses.

Will the recipient receive the invoice in the package?

No need to worry, they will not receive an invoice. The package will include the goodies and a packaging slip where the product information can be found, but pricing information is not listed.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately, we don’t provide this service at the moment.

Can I send a Gift Card to someone else?

Indeed! When purchasing a Gift Card, we will ask you for the recipient’s First and Last names as well as their email address. Once you input the information and add a Gift Message, the Gift Card will be sent to the recipient’s email address.

Can I print out a Gift Card?

Yes! You can have the Gift Card sent to your own inbox where you will be able to download and print the Gift Card.

What are Caskers Rewards?
